Justin W. Sanders is the Senior Writer for CreativeFuture, a nonprofit coalition dedicated to protecting intellectual property and combatting the global theft of creative works via piracy. In this role, he is responsible for the organization’s public-facing communications, including blogs, newsletters, executive speeches, and opinion pieces that have run in Newsweek, The New York Times, Variety, and many other publications. He also produces #StandCreative, a behind-the-scenes interview series offering in-depth profiles of Americans who make their living in the core copyright industries of film, television, music, video games, and beyond.
As a freelance writer, Justin’s work has appeared in publications ranging from The Oregonian to Cat Fancy magazine (RIP). He lives with his wife and daughter in Los Angeles and is happy to share his screenplay about love and basketball upon request.
